Solo and Starter include 100 texts every month; Salon includes 200. After that, reminders, confirmations and campaigns send at 10c per text, billed monthly at cost. Carriers charge per 160-character part, so a long message counts as more than one text; our templates are written to fit one. Email is always free.
No. “Ask SalonOS” is free on every plan — it surfaces rebooks and win-backs, drafts campaigns and answers questions about your salon in plain English. It’s the best part of the product, so it isn’t behind a paywall.
Two, and only if you want them. The Shopify integration is $29/mo — your retail synced with your store, orders, customers and stock in one place. Xero is priced on application, because every set of accounts is put together differently and we’d rather quote it honestly than average it. We also build salon websites and Shopify stores — ask us from inside SalonOS, under Settings.
